Axelerated Solutions for Communications and Information Technology announced the invitation of its shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

The meeting will be held in person at the Company’s headquarters located in Al Mohammadia District, Riyadh, on King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Branch Road, with the option for shareholders to participate and vote through electronic means. Shareholders will have the opportunity to discuss the agenda items of the General Assembly and vote on the proposed resolutions.
