Axelerated Solutions for Communications and Information Technology is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that the distribution of cash dividends for the second half of the fiscal year 2025, previously announced, will commence—by the will of God—on Wednesday, 17 June 2026.

The dividend amount is SAR 0.40 per share, with a total distribution of SAR 11,200,000.

Eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the date of the Company’s Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 03 June 2026, and who are registered in the Company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date.

The dividends will be distributed through Bank AlJazira by direct deposit into the bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios of shareholders across all local banks.
